Maybets Jazika Jackpot – Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”) govern participation in the Jazika Jackpot game offered by Maybets. By placing a Jazika Jackpot bet, players agree to abide by the following rules:

Eligibility Participants must be 18 years or older. All players must be registered users with Maybets, with valid personal identification. Maybets reserves the right to verify the age and identity of participants at any time. The jackpot is open only to residents of Kenya with a valid Kenyan phone number. How to Enter To participate, players must place a Jazika Jackpot bet at Ksh 49 via: SMS by texting “JP” to 29098, or Through the Maybets App or Website. Each ticket allows one set of 13 match predictions. Multiple entries per user are allowed; each entry costs Ksh 49. Jackpot Format Players must predict the outcome of 13 pre-selected football matches (Win, Draw, or Lose). Match selections are set by Maybets and may include local, regional, or international fixtures. Predictions must be submitted before the kick-off of the first listed match. Late entries are automatically disqualified. Winning Criteria To win the Jackpot Prize of Ksh 10,000,000, a player must correctly predict all 13 match outcomes. Bonus prizes are available for players who correctly predict: 12 matches – Secondary cash prize (amount varies weekly). 11 matches – Tertiary cash prize (amount varies weekly). Prize amounts for bonus categories are shared equally among all winners in each tier. Prize Payment Jackpot and bonus winners will be notified via SMS or Call within 48 hours after the final match result. Payouts will be processed after verification. Winnings above Ksh 100,000 may require winners to provide additional KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation. All winnings are subject to the 15% withholding tax as per the Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA) guidelines. Disruptions and Cancellations If one or more matches are postponed, cancelled, or abandoned Maybets will decide whether to do a draw or refund the stake amount. If the entire jackpot round is cancelled, all entries will be refunded in full. Fair Play and Fraud Prevention Any attempt to manipulate match outcomes or breach betting integrity will result in disqualification and potential legal action. Maybets reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account suspected of fraud or collusion. All betting activity is monitored to ensure compliance with the Betting Control and Licensing Board (BCLB). Data Use and Privacy By participating, players consent to Maybets collecting and processing their data in line with the Data Protection Act of Kenya. Winners may be requested to appear in publicity campaigns, but participation is voluntary and subject to written consent. Limitation of Liability Maybets is not liable for losses due to Network outages Delayed SMS delivery User errors in placing predictions Players are responsible for ensuring correct predictions before submission.
