Saka Fit Again After Three-Month Layoff
Arsenal winger Bukayo Saka is fit again after a three-month injury layoff. Manager Mikel Arteta confirmed the news before Tuesday’s Premier League match against Fulham.
The England international underwent surgery for a hamstring injury sustained in Arsenal’s 21 December win over Crystal Palace. Now, he is set to make his comeback.

Saka’s Impact This Season
Saka has been crucial for Arsenal this season. He has scored nine goals and provided 10 assists in 24 appearances across all competitions.
Arteta expressed excitement about his return:
“Bukayo Saka is ready to go. We have followed the timeline carefully. Now it’s about getting him back on the pitch at the right moment. He is eager to play.”
The Arsenal boss also highlighted Saka’s importance to the team.
“He is a massive weapon for us. His impact is huge, and his contribution is key to our success.”
Arsenal’s Current Position
The Gunners sit second in the Premier League table, 12 points behind leaders Liverpool, with nine games left in the season.

However, they have suffered a setback in defense. Riccardo Calafiori picked up a knee injury while playing for Italy against Germany on 20 March.
Arteta shared an update: “It could have been much worse. Hopefully, it’s a matter of weeks, but we will monitor his recovery.”
Andrea Berta Joins Arsenal as Sporting Director
In other news, Andrea Berta has been named Arsenal’s new sporting director, replacing Edu. The Italian was present at Monday’s press conference.
Arteta praised Berta’s decision to join the club.
“He had many options but was positive about Arsenal. We are excited to have him on board.”
With Saka back and Berta stepping in, Arsenal looks ahead to a crucial end to the season.
